Every menu features an abundance of certified organic, locally raised ingredients. We purchase farm-direct throughout the year and most of our vendors are locally owned and operated companies.

Only the best locally grown and freshest ingredients make it into our kitchen here at the Van Camp House, when available, or flown-in if necessary.

During summers, you’ll find organic produce morning-harvested locally from nearby farms.

When not available locally, the freshest and finest ingredients are flown in from around the world for chef Andy and his team to create delectable menus of American specialties with international flair. The menu may change without notice based on the season and the availability of the highest quality ingredients of the day.

As an example, copper river salmon, fresh Alaskan king crab legs, and spiny lobster tails are acquired, and cooked to perfection. They are then combined with market-fresh produce and the Van Camp’s special ingredients to create stunningly beautiful and spectacularly delicious dishes. Pair the entree with one of the rare vintages from our rotating wine collection and the Van Camp’s American cuisine becomes a truly transcendent experience.
