Only the best locally grown and freshest ingredients make it into our kitchen here at the Van Camp House, when available, or flown-in if necessary.
During summers, you’ll find organic produce morning-harvested locally from nearby farms.
When not available locally, the freshest and finest ingredients are flown in from around the world for chef Andy and his team to create delectable menus of American specialties with international flair. The menu may change without notice based on the season and the availability of the highest quality ingredients of the day.
